Capital Institute of Hearing & Balance is an audiology practice founded by Dr. Candice E. Ortiz-Hawkins and Dr. Jacquelyn C. J. Lovitt – both highly trained Doctors of Audiology who previously served patients at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Their mission is to bring exceptional hearing and balance care to their community through a warm, patient-centered experience, modern diagnostics, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Hawkins and Dr. Lovitt were referred to Jack of the Web as they prepared to launch their new practice and needed a professional website to establish credibility from day one. With no existing web presence, they required a clean, trustworthy design that communicated expertise while remaining approachable for patients of all ages.
Using a premium medical theme as a starting point, the site was transformed through extensive design customization, tailored layouts, and custom CSS and JavaScript enhancements.
The final build delivers a polished, modern website that reflects the practice’s brand, supports patient education, and provides a strong foundation for future growth.
