BCN Services is a Michigan-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that supports small and mid-sized businesses with the HR essentials that keep their teams running smoothly — including payroll, employee benefits, workplace safety, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration. For more than three decades, they’ve acted as a trusted partner to business owners across industries, helping them manage the complex responsibilities that come with employing people.
With a long history of service and a deeply experienced team, BCN has continued to evolve its offerings to meet the growing needs of modern businesses. Their focus goes beyond basic HR tasks — they provide guidance, stability, and confidence so employers can focus on growth, support their teams, and build stronger workplaces.
BCN Services came to us with a website that was outdated, confusing to navigate, and performing poorly in search. They had virtually no SEO in place, and more than 200 duplicate pages were causing major indexing and visibility issues. Google had little confidence in the site, which meant high-value prospects weren’t finding BCN online.
We rebuilt the website from the ground up — modernizing the design, simplifying the navigation, and rewriting the content so visitors could quickly understand what a PEO does and how BCN supports businesses. We also corrected all duplicate content issues, restructured the site for search, and developed a focused SEO and content strategy that set BCN up for long-term visibility and lead generation.
